Capacity is only half the plan. Placement and power decide whether guests move smoothly or get stuck in bottlenecks. Use this checklist when you walk the site with your planner or venue.
Best placement practices
- Visible but not center stage — easy to find without blocking the ceremony view
- Level ground — driveway, lot, or firm field access
- Safe walking path — especially after dark; lighting matters
- Away from food-line bottlenecks — close enough, not in the crush
- Clear delivery access — room for the tow vehicle to enter and exit
Where not to put the trailer
- A muddy low spot that floods after rain
- A steep slope or soft lawn that can’t support the unit
- A dead-end corner with no lighting
- Directly against a band stage or tent exit choke point
Power for heat and A/C
Our trailer needs a standard outdoor power outlet for climate control. We’ll confirm requirements when you book. If power is limited, tell us early so we can plan.
Home venues and renovations
For backyard parties and commercial bathroom renovations, placing the trailer near parking or a side yard often works best—guests stay out of private rooms while still having a short walk.
