Booking guide

When to book a restroom trailer (so you’re not scrambling)

Tents get reserved. Caterers get booked. Restrooms often wait until last—here’s a practical timeline that prevents that stress.

Planning timeline

If you’ve planned an event, you know the pattern: the big vendors get locked in early, and the restroom detail shows up late. That’s how hosts end up calling three weeks out hoping something is free. A better approach is a simple booking timeline.

Quick answer

  • Weddings & peak season (May–October): book 6–12 months ahead when you can
  • Graduation open houses (May–June): book 3–8 months ahead
  • Corporate & community events: book 2–6 months ahead
  • Backyard parties: book 1–3 months ahead (earlier for popular weekends)
  • Emergency / disaster response: call or email as soon as you know you need facilities

Wedding season fills first

Outdoor and tented weddings across Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Northeastern CT, and Southern NH cluster on the same weekends. Once your venue is set, restroom planning should sit next to tent and catering on your list—not under “we’ll figure it out later.”

Graduations put real pressure on home plumbing

Multi-hour open houses with steady guest flow overwhelm residential bathrooms quickly. Booking a 5-station trailer early protects your plumbing and your guests’ patience.
